Learn and Grow provides 1:1 tuition for primary-aged children in Rossendale. Every child learns differently and sometimes they need a little extra support to feel confident and stay on track. If your child is finding certain areas of English and/or maths challenging or is at risk of not meeting end-of-year expectations, personalised tutoring can make a difference.
1:1 tuition allows your child to learn at their own pace, revisit tricky concepts and build a strong foundation in key skills. With tailored lessons designed around their needs, tutoring helps to close the gaps in their learning.
When children start to understand what they once felt difficult, their confidence grows. That confidence spills over into the classroom, making them more willing to participate in lessons, take risks and enjoy learning again.
At Learn and Grow, we want children to enjoy learning, grow in confidence and develop curiosity. Sessions are closely aligned with the school curriculum, meaning learning from the classroom is supported, reinforced and embedded. Tutoring is not about replacing school – it is about strengthening it. By revisiting class topics, practising essential skills and preparing for upcoming units, tutoring helps children feel more secure in their learning and better prepared to meet expectations by the end of the school year.
